The 9-storey service area project is located in Ban Yen Nhan town, My Hao district, Hung Yen province, located in the project complex “Petroleum shop and utility services” with the investor the Company. Viet Dung Hung Yen Petroleum Joint Stock Company.
The project consists of 3 main items: Construction of the executive house, the 1st house, and the 2nd house on a total area of 5668 m².
Currently, the project is going through the survey phase, waiting for the approval of the documents and legal procedures. In this project, Le Bruder was assigned a work package by the investor: “FEATURE STUDY REPORT, CONSTRUCTION DRAFT DESIGN, AND ESTIMATE”. As planned, the project will start in the third quarter of this year.
