The project has a construction scale of an area of ​​1664 m² including 6 floors with a floor area of ​​​​about 1570m² each, located in Trung Hoa commune, Yen My district, Hung Yen province.

In this project, Le Bruder was assigned the optimal design work package by the investor, then acted as the Investor’s representative to manage the entire project. The design part, currently the final version, has been approved by the investor. The project is expected to be implemented in the first quarter of this year.
