2022 is a year full of upheaval and challenges. With the desire to bring “true value” to customers, Le Bruder made an official visit to the Dongwha flooring factory in Thai Nguyen with the desire to cooperate with the factory to bring customers the best products. the best.
Here, the delegation received a warm welcome and introduction from Mr. Yoem (Sales Manager in Vietnam) and Dongwha Vietnam technical team.
During the visit, the delegation was introduced by Dongwha experts to the history of Dongwha corporation and Dongwha’s facilities around the world. Thereby, the delegation understood more about the difference between Dongwha products in Vietnam’s market. Dongwha products aim for a green living environment by using clean, E1, E0, and SE0 (Super Zero) wood cores as well as Nano Silver coated surfaces with antibacterial ability.
During the factory visit, the delegation assessed Dongwha’s large-scale factory and modern production lines, manufactured according to the ISO process. With an area of 500,000m2, a capacity of 370,000m3 of MDF boards/year, and 4,000,000m2 of laminate flooring/year are manufactured by modern production lines and a professional operations team.
The production line is imported from the Federal Republic of Germany, ensuring technical requirements such as: Limiting noise, wood dust collected for reuse, saving raw materials … ensuring environmental safety and hygiene.
At the end of the visit, the two sides reached an agreement and exchanged plans to develop and expand markets to other provinces.
